"I am unable to add users to the account."

For adding the user in account. you requires the Org Admin access to add user in.

Are you seeing any error messages or facing challenges when attempting to add users to your DocuSign account? Understanding the specific issues you're encountering could assist in diagnosing and resolving the problem.

Please note, if you have a Standard Pro or Business Pro plan, there is a user limit of 50. Additionally, ensure you have administrative access to the account, which requires admin privileges but not necessarily Org Admin access.
