Sent Items have disappeared

Everything was fine this morning, but this afternoon I went to search my sent envelopes that were still awating signature and they are all gone!  Upon investigation, it looks like everything I sent out since 4 days ago is missing, although I am still receiving items.  Did I accidentally hit something? The criteria is set for 6 months, so that can’t be it.  Anybody know?

Can you try logging in to Docusign using an incognito window? If that works, can you clear you cookies and cache?
