Hello,

I am trying to sign one of my own documents (word document from my Google Drive), and every time I try to add the document, I get a pop up that says "input/output error. Storage may be full"..... How do I fix this?

Thank you!

@S2j3m - You might need to check the following items.

Check Google Drive Storage: Make sure your Google Drive isn’t full. You can view your storage usage by going to Google Drive, clicking on "Storage" on the left sidebar, and seeing if you're close to your limit.

Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes browser cache or cookies can cause issues with DocuSign's integration with Google Drive. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

Check DocuSign Permissions: Ensure that DocuSign has the necessary permissions to access your Google Drive. You might need to re-authenticate or re-enable permissions for DocuSign in your Google account settings.
