Error Message "The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded."

I understand you are encountering an error message when adding 7 recipients to an envelope. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and I will make every effort to assist you.

Typically, the error occurs because the account in question is a free account, which has a limit of five recipients per envelope for both free and trial accounts. Could you please confirm whether you have a paid subscription? You can check your Plan and Billing details here: View Plan and Billing Information

If you do have an active subscription and continue to receive the error message, kindly reply with a screenshot of the issue. Please ensure that no Personal Identifiable Information is included or visible in the screenshot, as this is a public forum. Thank you!
