Error Message "The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded."

Hi there. I am a paying Customer but I receive an error message when just 7 recipients are added into an envelop.

Why?

Maybe my subscription has expired? However on the top of the screen, I still have one envelop available.

Could you help?

I understand you are encountering an error message when adding 7 recipients to an envelope. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and I will make every effort to assist you.

 

Typically, the error occurs because the account in question is a free account, which has a limit of five recipients per envelope for both free and trial accounts. Could you please confirm whether you have a paid subscription? You can check your Plan and Billing details here: View Plan and Billing Information
