I was trying to purchase the license version, but after entering the card details, the payment failed. When I tried to purchase again, it shows I have purchased the standard plan. How can I confirm whether my DocuSign account is a trial version or a licensed version?

I’m sorry to hear that the system gave you a hard time purchasing your plan, I understand you would like to know if it is still on the trial version.

This information should be available for you under Settings > Plan & Billing. I recommend you open your account using an Incognito Window: View Plan and Billing Information
