We have tried integrating Icertis and DocuSign in demo. We have configured the service account /SVC-Docusign-ICTS-XL@bat.com with required DocuSign access for creation of envelopes in Icertis. While testing the integration we come across that when icertis user who creates and sends the agreement for e-sign don’t have account in DocuSign – SVC Docusign account/ Docusign-ICTS-XL@bat.com will be used for envelope creation and icertis user who have access to DocuSign their respective account will be used to send envelope . Can you help us to get all request to use SVC account irrespective of Icertis user access in DocuSign.
