@leah.breen Does integration with Clear require any features enabled on the account?

I don’t see “ID Verification configuration” option on my account. Is it available for DocuSign Fedramp accounts?

Thanks for your question!
You’ll need either IDV / IDV Premier enabled. IDV is a paid add‑on, but some plans already include it. Since the option isn’t showing on your end, it’s likely not enabled on your account right now.
Your account is on an Enhanced plan, and the features included can vary depending on how it was configured. To know exactly what’s available to you, you can

  • Check with your Account Admin, or
  • Open a support case so our team can review the backend features.

Support can confirm what’s included in your plan and let you know whether IDV can be activated or if it needs to be added separately.
