Hi! 

I have a signed document that is not being validated by ITI service in Brasil.  It says there is no Known signatures

Best practices for signing documents with ICP-Brasil digital signatures when using the ITI validator (VALIDAR) is required

 

It is important to note that you must have signed with a Digital Signature in order for the document to be valid in this context, and this feature is sold as an add-on to our plans. This could be the root cause of the issue.
