When an email is sent from a Webform link / hyperlink, the information in the email shows the name of the form developer and the developer email address. Could this information be replaced with the information from the initiator of the form. Thus, all the forms that are filled say Developer Name sent you a document to review and sign and under the colored box is the Developers’ name and email address.
This would be very help to be able to differentiate between forms.
Maybe this can be an option on the form that the developer check a box or fills a formula or information to allow the initiators information to come through on the email received.
