View and report of completed and downloaded agreements

it’s quite time consuming to track if a document is both completed and downloaded. From our point of view envelope or agreement is fully completed only after we know each participant has received copy of signed document. Either by downloading it from Docusign or attached to email.

So it would be nice if Envelopes view would include field if all recipients have received signed document. Also report would help to identify which Envelopes are truly completed.
