Support EU-Style Number Formatting in CLM Currency field

Problem: Currency field in CLM docgen forms 

The CLM Currency control currently enforces US-style number formatting (decimal “.” and thousands “,”). EU-style formatting (decimal “,” and thousands “.”) isn’t supported, which creates usability and data-entry issues for European users.
