Currently, a Signing Group is visible as a contact to every user in the firm, but it’s not exactly necessary and can cause some confusion with users seeing Signing Groups that are entirely unrelated to them.
It would be very useful to be able to set visibility rules on Signing Groups based on either individual users or User Groups as a whole.
My firm’s situation is that we have branches, each of which are completely separate from each other. Each branch has its own ‘manager approval’ signing group, but what ends up happening is that the Signing Groups are shown to all the other branches.
