Resizing a Signature Field is impossible... WHY????

Now I’m trying to add a name field, and AGAIN it is impossible to resize. The maximum size is around 30% of the available space. What is going on?? This is outrageous user friction.

You can adjust the size of the signature and text fields using the “Formatting” options.

• Signature field: While the field itself can’t be freely resized, you can scale it down up to 50%, which usually helps fit it within tighter spaces.
• Text field: You can modify the font size to better fit the available area.

Scaling doesn’t help - I needed resizing. The UI currently forces the user to adapt the doc to the UI, which doesn’t work for a PDF, and is hostile to users.

Thank you for clarifying. I completely understand your point about needing flexible resizing rather than just scaling.

At this time, adjusting the scale via the Formatting option is the only available way to modify the size of the signature field, which I understand doesn’t fully address your requirement to change the shape and fit it into pre-defined spaces in a PDF.

I’ll go ahead and convert this back into an Idea post so it can be considered for future enhancements.
