Report to identify Documents stored in Envelope Templates

It would be useful to know what documents (by document name) are linked to each envelope template. There isn’t any report that shows the linkage between envelope templates and the documents linked to them. Having this inventory helps with document clean up and updates needed, especially when transitioning over to document templates.
