PowerForm Creator Enhancement so first PowerForm User/Signers can Append Name of PowerForm they are completing, or Add text to Envelope Name of PowerForm.  Right now ALL the Responses have the SAME NAME making document management more tedious.

Thanks so much for your idea, @Jenny. After review, we found that this request can be accomplished using existing features within DocuSign.

While signers cannot directly append their name to the envelope title, senders can enable merge fields in the PowerForm to automatically include signer information, such as the signer’s name or email, within the Email Subject, which also becomes the envelope name.

You can get more details on that here: Create a PowerForm

Thank you but the current DocuSign features are limiting and restrictive. Considering the amount of time DocuSign spends on “improving” their application with User interviews, it is surprising that this is not fixed already. Currently, only the PowerForm signer name and email can be added to the subject line - nothing else. This is restrictive compared to the SignNow app, which allows PowerForm signers to create their own title to each doc done. Respectfully request DocuSign “developers” fix and be comparable to SignNow so PowerForm names can be different for easier tracking/visibility.
