Our primary document (SPA) contains signature placeholders on every page, and the document length can vary between 10 to 50 pages.

At present, the signing experience requires users to manually click and apply signatures on each page, which is not user-friendly—especially for customers handling longer documents.

I would like to explore if there are options or possible customizations to enhance the user experience with the following capabilities:

  1. Allow the customer to review the entire document and apply the signature once at the end, which automatically populates all signature placeholders across the document.
  2. Provide a consent checkbox at the end (e.g., “I confirm that I have read the complete document”) and, upon acceptance, allow a single signature action that reflects across all required fields/pages.
