Next in Line Bucket

Would it be possible to create a “next in line” catergory for users to see what documents are heading to them, but not immediately waiting for their signature? I often send envelops as an admin, with someone else on my team being the final signer. I want the final signer on my team to be able to see what will be in their court soon, without asking me.
