Make compatible "Lookup fields" in SPO database and copy of metadata from a non signed to a signed document

Lookup fields are not supported as part of the SPFx app infrastructure.

Currently only text fields are supported for metadata writeback.

Consequently when we use SPO and the docusign connector, it is not possible to have automatic copy of metadata between the initial document and the final signed document.

That is shame.
