Increase Text Box Character Limit from 4000

The character limit of 4000 seems to be restrictive for no real reason. We should be able to add as much text into a text box as the box will fit you enlarge it by dragging the corners.

I have to deal with this daily and I need to add more text boxes to build an agreement, cutting off paragraphs, shuffling verbiage, etc, just so that it is formatted correctly and professionally. 

Remove the character limit or at the very least set it to 15,000.

I’m having the same issue. I looked it up, and a Docusign moderator said that 4000 is the default, but I can’t change it to anything over 4000 characters.

Thanks so much for your idea, ​@jr123. After review, we found that this request can be accomplished using existing features within Docusign. 
At this time, the standard text field has a maximum limit of 4,000 characters, and this limit cannot be increased. As a workaround, you can create a Custom Field and configure a higher input limit.
