We observed that when we are exporting any activity in bulk action it can store only 120 export .Currently we have SailPoint application incorporated for user management ,so when any user is created with the help of SailPoint application on every user addition one export is getting added .This caused issue when export is reached to 120 export after that is failing to add new entry and user not getting added.
