In our organization we are facing limitations in the management of contacts.
Currently, only the original owner of a contact can modify or delete it. Even global administrators do not have the the possibility to manage these contacts. In addition, there is no way to identify the original owner of a contact, which makes the contacts impossible to manage.
The only workaround is to recreate them, which leads to duplicate records and data inconsistencies.
To address this issue, I suggest:
- Making the contact owners visible in the admin panel
- Allowing admin profiles to edit, reassign, or manage shared contacts
These improvements would enhance governance, data quality, and the overall user experience.
