IDV Signatures is with White Background

Currently customer signatures captured using the IDV DocuSign feature appear as images with a white background. In contrast, when the same customer signs using UAE Pass, the signature is captured as text/image with a transparent background.

The white background of the signature image is problematic, as it obscures underlying text or table borders in the document.

It would be beneficial to have a transparent background for signatures captured through IDV as well.
