Fix alignment of text, date and signature fields

The way I placed the text and signature date field in this form is the ideal placement for the bottom of the text to be aligned. The only way to verify that this is where the final result is going to line up, is to switch into preview mode and check what the document will look like once signed. It’s not possible to line up the text and signature date fields intuitively and trust that the contents will line up. The preview displayed while placing the fields with placeholders should be the exact same as what is shown in the final document. It’s incredibly tedious to get the placement right if you want the documents to look professional.

@Jenny.Martin , I fail to understand how this cannot be a priority for DocuSign. The issue is not limited to the above mentioned fields, but most if not all fields being placed. Yes, we get the data in, but the look of it…. not very professional to have static text and input values mis-aligned. Maybe I have a bit of OCD, but you have implemented an alignment feature for the fields themselves - why then accept that text from fields is not placed in line with existing text? Settling for “consistently not-aligned” is an odd choice.

I think the core issue is your field padding, which I have a hard time understanding why it needs to be there. The example in the post just shows how difficult the resulting solution is to work with.

There is also a left align issue with the Title.
