We have received feedback that finding the ‘finish later’ button is not intuitive for all clients using/completing docusign templates. It would be great, if it was clearer, for example having the ‘finish later’ on the main screen next to ‘Finish/Complete’

Thanks so much for your idea,
The Finish later button is currently located in the other actions dropdown beside Finish. Recipients can click this dropdown to access Finish Later and save their progress.

Hi Jenny, thanks for your reply. We are aware of the existing functionality. The feedback item was that this isn’t always clear for users that they need to navigate to this in order to ‘save later’, they wanted the button more clear at the top on the main screen without the need to go into the dropdown.
