Enabling Shareable Links to view Envelope Signing Status

When an envelope is sent for signing, there should be an option to create a shareable link that allows anyone to access and check its signing status. I create envelopes in my organization, and many times, people involved in projects approach me repeatedly to ask who the signing is pending with.

Thank you

I agree that this would be nice!

There may be a manual way to achieve what you want--the big caveat being you must be a sender or a recipient to view.  I’ve utilized this with Power Automate to send a webform submitter a recap email that includes a direct link to the envelope(along with another envelope that is automated) and it works well.

How can I find an envelope in my account using the envelope ID?

Thanks so much for sharing your idea, @calvin.

After reviewing your suggestion, we found that what you're looking for can actually be achieved today using existing DocuSign features. And we agree that the above recommendation is right on point.

If the person checking the status is either the sender or a recipient, they can manually view the envelope details by using its Envelope ID. All they need to do is paste the Envelope ID at the end of this URL in their web browser:  <https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents/details/[ENVELOPE ID]>

I had the same question. I don’t think people on my team want to continuously find the envelope ID and paste it into a link. Could this not be made into another category, similar to “action required”? This way someone who is a signer on multiple documents could visualize all that are coming up, instead of having to find and then paste into a link one at a time.
