Currently, Microsoft Entra ID does not support SCIM-based group provisioning for the DocuSign application—only individual users can be provisioned.
Microsoft Entra ID offers a robust set of identity governance features, including Access Packages, Access Reviews, Self-Service, and Dynamic Groups, along with third-party integrations that enhance IAM management.
For organizations with mature Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes that rely on Microsoft Entra ID as their centralized identity provider for cloud services, enabling SCIM based group provisioning, including group memberships, would greatly streamline user management and access control within DocuSign.
We request the addition of this functionality to better align with enterprise IAM strategies.
