Please enable DocuSign Identity Wallet in Salesforce so that user’s don’t have to identify themselves everytime when they need to sign a document that requires ID verification.
Why is the button “Use Identity Wallet” displayed as an option when I open the evenlope in Salesforce to sign the document without opening the DocuSign Webconsole, but it actually is blocked to give access to the Identity Wallet? I get that the access via an iframe is a high security risk but why would you even show it as an option if it doesn’t work?
Otherwise why doesn’t it just open the DocuSign Webconsole where the user is actually able to access the identity wallet and make it easy and less clicks for the user?
