Email confirmation of routing an envelope should be sent to the send of the envelope

We can see the progress of a document in docusign but it should also be available as an email confirmation to the signer listing everyone who has been mentioned and their role.  This is easier to share with the teams and to garner feedback rather having to go back to the docusign site to cut and paste.
