Document Viewer: Allow finer zoom increments (e.g., 10% or 25%) instead of only 50% / 100% / 150%

The CLM document viewer currently offers only 50%, 100%, and 150% zoom levels. SpringCM offered finer-grained zoom that users relied on for reviewing dense provider documents (credentialing applications, contracts).
