Display envelope history in a legally compliant manner

If I send the envelope to a recipient by e-mail and it is then opened by someone else (for example, the representative
from the mailbox), this will not be shown in the envelope history or summary. This can then lead to someone else signing
the document instead of the recipient - without anvone noticing. In my opinion thats a lega thing and should be fixed as
soon as possible by DocuSign.
