- trouble ticket opened because there was no “correct” option per detailed instructions on how to correct an envelope sent but not yet signed by recipient.
- once tech support updated Docusign to show me the “correct” option, it only showed the recipient’s view to correct…..I need to see my view - the sender’s - to correct some fields I input……
- tech support said this was not an option...l
- I need this option, otherwise I have to delete the envelope, RETYPE alllllll the fields again, advise the recipient that I have to delete the first envelope and send a NEW one
- HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP I really don’t understand why I can’t correct my fields!!!!!!!
