correct an envelope option only shows recipient's view - I need my view (sender) to correct fields I entered

  1. trouble ticket opened because there was no “correct” option per detailed instructions on how to correct an envelope sent but not yet signed by recipient.
  2. once tech support updated Docusign to show me the “correct” option, it only showed the recipient’s view to correct…..I need to see my view - the sender’s - to correct some fields I input……
  3. tech support said this was not an option...l
  4. I need this option, otherwise I have to delete the envelope, RETYPE alllllll the fields again, advise the recipient that I have to delete the first envelope and send a NEW one
  5. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP I really don’t understand why I can’t correct my fields!!!!!!!
