Close Sold status rooms that have a missing or Declined document

In DocuSign Rooms for Real Estate, I’d like to have the ability to close the transaction room for a “Property Sold” status with a “Declined” document and/or a required Task that has not been completed. In a perfect world this would never happen. However, sometimes there are documents or correction requests that don’t get completed and I would like it if that remained documented as part of the closed room. Currently I’ll add a message to document the issue, and then I remove the required status on Tasks and remove a Declined document from the Task List just so I can complete closing the room.
