Previously a user could tab to the next field to be completed. This has changed and now when a user uses the tab function to move down through the form, they land on the next field's title, not the fillable field. This increases the number of clicks and reduces efficiency.

CLM - Remove the landing on titles in a submission form.

If the field is required, then the user has to click beyond that as well … so three tabs to move to the next field.
