CLM - In Add or Edit Condition allow the admin to drag and drop a condition to a different location

When you create a list of conditions, you cannot drag and drop a condition to a different location in the condition box.  So if you have a complex condition with sub-conditions Condition 1 or [Condition this but not Condition that] and you need to revise the condition by adding a new condition, you can only add the condition to the end of the conditions.  

So if you want to place the condition prior to the [sub-condition] then you have to recreate the entire condition instead of moving the new condition up the conditional ladder.
