Change colour of 'message from the admin'

As account admin one can set a custom message that shows as banner at the top of screen (https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=zzj1584562722803.html&_LANG=enus)

It would improve the user experience (not only for the admin but more importantly of end users) if the color of banner could be set/changed for different messages. For example, set it to green for regular tips/info but to red for critical messages that users should observe.
