With regards to DocuSign Connect. Recently the Failure tab has been removed. Therefore we are not able to delete failed DocuSign Events. Can you please re-estate this functionality.
The deleting of failed events for a DocuSign Connection was very useful. Let me explain. Let's assume an integration with ServiceNow. Using DocuSign Connect, if the ServiceNOw Service Account password is updated, then the connection stops working and the failure events show on the DocuSign Connection. I tell customers that the event failures should always be zero. If it's not zero then their is a problem. We normally would reset the password.. update the password in DocuSign Connect and purge the failed events.
Again it will show zero failure events and all is well.
Since we cannot delete the failed events it makes it more difficult to manage the connection. Any chance they bring that feature back.
