Implement a feature that allows DS-Admins to navigate and view templates created by any user, in the same way the Shared Access / Agreements feature works. Include an option where the DS-Admin can download their templates too.

Thanks so much for your idea, ​@Jennifer.Baumgartner . After review, we found that this request can be accomplished using existing features within Docusign. By default, Admins have full access to all templates in the account. Just head to the Templates tab and use the filters to narrow down by the owner's name. More details here:
