Allow an option to have recipient info transfer when an Envelope is saved as a Template

Hello, we save Envelopes as Templates in order to transfer them to a shared folder.  Every time we save an Envelope as a Template, we have to re-type the recipient info.  Every. Singe. Time.  It would be great if there was an option to have the recipient info automatically transfer to the Template.  Or some kind of option to allow the Envelope to be shared by other users beside saving it as a Template.
