Allow Admin/Users to View Size of Envelope

We recently had an issue where attachments were not being included in the completed email.  It turns out it was because the envelope exceeded 5 MB.  Because we can’t see this in our instance anywhere, we will need to bring Support in each time this happens to make sure it is the same issue and not something different.
