On the Home page, in the Agreement activity section, it would be helpful to display the name of the person whose signature is pending, rather than “Waiting for 2 others”.

When we send a document to a single person, that person's name is displayed, but as soon as we add two or more people (regardless of whether they are signatories or cc recipients), all we see is: “Waiting for 2 others”. In our company, we rarely send envelopes to just one person, and knowing exactly who the envelope is intended for would save us a lot of time! Thank you!

@Fanny.Gingras:

This used to be how the recipients were listed (for at least the first 3-4). After the “upgrade” it was cut back to only 2 names showing. It was really useful to see who was pending signature without having to click and wait for a new screen to load (then back out of that, so you can check another...).

In my case, the envelopes are broken up into: 1) in-house signature and 2) signers and cc’s (who all receive the envelope after the first signer is done). Which means, as soon as it’s signed in-house - there is nothing useful on the screen for me, since the cc is considered ‘complete’ once the envelope is sent - taking up that second slot. It’s often inconvenient to click on the link just to see who has not signed…

Thanks so much for sharing your idea, @Fanny.Gingras. We really appreciate you taking the time to send it in. After reviewing it, we found that the ability to see the names of people whose signatures are still pending is already available in the Homepage Agreement Activity section.

Click “Waiting for Others”, and you’ll see the names of the recipients whose signatures are still pending.

@Melanie.Panguito

Yes, but you still have to click on each one…

EDIT: My apologies, I can see now that the name of the person who has not signed is listed under “status”. However, I typically have only 2-3 signers - all my current envelopes only have one signer pending. I’m not sure how this would look with 2 or more signatures pending.

Thanks @mr1! Tested it with five recipients, and the names of the pending signers showed up 😊
