Hello DocuSign Community,

Long time user, First Time Poster.

I wanted to submit an idea for a feature improvement for DocuSign Part 11 Compliant Modules and Traditional DocuSign envelopes to include the ability to toggle between date formats for the Date Stamp feature for various date formats.

i.e.

MM/DD/YYYY is the default (12/09/2025 as date of this post.)

DD/MMM/YYYY is an international, research, and military standard format. (09DEC2025, 09-DEC-2025, 09/DEC/2025 as date of this post.)

DD/MM/YYYY is a format for some non-USA countries. (09/12/2025, 9th of December 2025 as date of this post.)

In our field of clinical research, we frequently collaborate with international teams, and much of the administrative paperwork involves the completion and signature of forms that we use DocuSign to facilitate.

If this is already a product feature, and just needs to be enabled by a higher level DocuSign administrator for our organization, great! Please direct me to any knowledge based articles so I may effectively communicate my request to our admin, and I would be sincerely grateful.

Thanks!

Ian
