Add Read-only role for Shared Access to Envelopes

Please add a Read-only role to the Shared Access feature, please.

Currently, the roles available are: Manage, Edit, and Send.

A Read-only role could easily be like the Manage role, without the ability to download, create/delete folders, and move envelopes.

We have many users monitoring (read-only) the workflows and are currently on the legacy Shared access. We want to move those users to the newer method but are concerned some users would move/organize files unnecessarily.
