Idea Description:
When using the Workspace Participant Portal, the Envelope Message is currently displayed before the recipient clicks the “Sign” button. In many cases, this content appears unformatted (for example, raw HTML links or styling inconsistencies), which creates a poor user experience and unnecessary clutter in the pre-sign view.
However, after the recipient clicks “Sign” and enters the signing experience, the same message renders correctly with proper formatting and clickable links.
Requested Enhancement
Please provide an option or setting to:
- Hide the Envelope Message entirely in the Workspace pre-sign view
- Continue displaying the message normally after the recipient clicks “Sign” and enters the signing experience
Why This Would Help
- Creates a cleaner and more professional recipient experience
- Prevents display of partially rendered or unformatted content
- Preserves the properly formatted message within the actual signing flow
- Gives Workspace administrators more control over recipient-facing UI behavior
Use Case
We use Workspace for client-facing document workflows at Larson Financial Group. The current pre-sign message display exposes content that is not intended to be visible at that stage, while the post-click signing experience already behaves as desired.
Having this as a configurable setting would significantly improve the recipient experience.
