add createHistoryView for the send or any one can view the history online

the sender or the recipient want view the history of envelope by docusign view in their system. now we should query the history and show by the application. Hope can generate a history view url as sender view. and the permission limit with envelope. thanks.

Thanks so much for your idea, @Hengfeng Ge. After review, we found that this request can be accomplished using existing features within Docusign. You can retrieve envelope history data using the Docusign eSignature REST API and display that information within your application for your customers. The following options may be helpful:

List Audit Events: Use this endpoint to return the envelope’s audit history.
Certificate of Completion: Download Docusign’s generated Certificate of Completion, which provides a summary of envelope activity and recipients, and present it as a PDF.
