Hi! Currently, the Parties page only provides default filters that cannot be modified or extended. When reviewing agreements linked to a specific party, users cannot easily identify the current status of individual documents and have to manually open each.

We would like to have the ability to add and configure a Document Status filter on the Parties page. The filter could allow users to quickly view agreements by status, such as:

  • Draft
  • In Progress
  • Signed / Completed
  • Cancelled
  • Expired

This would significantly improve visibility and contract tracking, especially for parties associated with multiple agreements. Users could immediately understand what is happening with each document without needing to open individual records or create separate reports.

Business value:

  • Faster contract status review
  • Improved user experience
  • Better visibility of document lifecycle stages
  • Reduced need for custom reports for basic status tracking
  • Easier management of parties with many associated agreements

Use case:
A user opens a Party record and wants to see only agreements that are currently In Progress or Signed. Currently, this is not possible from the Parties page and requires additional reporting or manual review.
