Add an option to scroll the Action Menu when there are many actions available, as currently some are not visible if we add too many.

Small “bug” that a user noticed : on his laptop, when he clicks on “Edit” in a DocuSign CLM file, a drop-down menu appears.However, he can only see part of it. All custom actions are hidden, and there’s no way to scroll through the menu. The only workaround I found is to reduce the zoom to 80%.
