Add a standard field for the effective execution date

It would be helpful to be able to have as a standard field, the date on which a configurable percentage of signers had signed a document, whihc would be its effective date.

Most docs probably require 100% of signatories to sign, but some might just require >50%, or some other percentage.

Whichever the case, it is often helpful to state the effective date at the head of a document, and this would allow that to be done within Docusign.
