about view for sender in all status show the signing process

Hi Support,

As now there are no view can fit the customer’s requirement that can view the envople in all status for sender.

console view, full account permission, hope can add permission limit like sender view.

sendview, can only work in create status in the new parameters. and hope now can deny create sender view in the send status when the viewAccess parameter is not provide. 

recipientview, the sender always is service account, and is not one of the signer. so can’t delegate as one of the signer. 

recipientpreview, only can use in create status.

This idea is also urgent. The signer is not an actual business-related person, and the business-related person needs to be given a view that can be viewed, and this view has nothing to do with the signatory. They want to see the document, but they can't do it now.

Here are the two best ways to solve this today:

  1. Add them as a 'Carbon Copy' (CC) Recipient: This is the best API-based solution. A CC recipient can use the recipientView URL to see the document at any status (Sent or Completed), but they cannot change or sign anything.

  2. Use 'Shared Access': This is the best administrative solution. You can grant someone 'View-Only' access to the Service Account's envelopes. They can monitor the progress from their own Docusign dashboard without being a signer or an admin.
