Ability to change interface

It would be helpful having the option to change the interface to suit our requirements, the document view used to show how many people had signed the document sent, for example, 2 out of 3 had signed, now it is simply a bar. Our company signs the documents sent last so having access to a different interface to what is available now would be a great help with reducing the amount of time needed to check whether documents have been signed by all parties or still waiting for a/multiple parties to sign it.

Thanks so much for your idea @ChontelleG , After review, we found that the same information you need is available in the current view.

In Agreements under Subject shows the number of recipients the envelope was sent to.

Under Status, it would show as below:

With signing order: “Waiting for [Next signer’s name].”

Without signing order: “Waiting for 2 others” (similar to the old “2 of 3 signed”).

Needs to Sign means your action is required.

For detailed recipient information (who has signed and who hasn’t), you can click the Subject link to open the envelope details.
