Any thoughts on the new IAM and branding?

I believe IAM will help integrate all the apps in DocuSign, which will be important for the backbone of implementing AI for DocuSign. Excited for this new change!

I think IAM was the wrong name. IAM in industry is Identity and Access Management.

There is an acronym for everything. Key to determining which is being discussed is context, though I agree IAM is not a great choice, and to be honest, kind of boring.

Also, is it DocuSign, Docusign, or docusign. They need to pick one!

Being in IT and being the person that was pitched DocuSign IAM; I completely agree with Melissa. IAM isn’t just an acronym, it’s a widely used acronym that means something very different. It is very confusing and a weird choice. While I also think the context matters, using IAM differently is bizarre enough that it is hard to get over and get used to.
